Our safeguarding leads
Our safeguarding leads are the first point of contact for safeguarding and welfare concerns connected to Coastal Ballers.
Players, parents, carers, coaches, volunteers and supporters can speak to us if they are worried about something, need advice, or want to raise a concern.

Safeguarding through East Norfolk
Coastal Ballers is run through East Norfolk Sixth Form College, which is committed to safeguarding the welfare and wellbeing of all learners.
The college's safeguarding approach is built around safe practice, a supportive culture, respect, openness, honesty, diversity and individual need.
All Coastal Ballers staff and volunteers work within East Norfolk Sixth Form College safeguarding procedures and complete the appropriate recruitment, qualification and DBS requirements for their role.

If something does not feel right, please speak up. You do not need to decide whether something is serious before asking for help.

Codes of conduct and positive behaviour
Everyone involved in Coastal Ballers has a role to play in creating a safe, respectful and positive environment.
We expect players, parents, carers, coaches, volunteers, officials and spectators to support sessions in the right way, with respect for teammates, opponents, officials, coaches and other families.
Poor behaviour, abuse, intimidation or disrespect towards players, coaches, volunteers, officials or spectators is not acceptable.
